Great hotel. Great location. Just 5 minutes walk to old city gates, but set just back off main road so very private and very quiet. Staff were very friendly, especially Me, who was always courteous and chatty, and very helpful when Andy became unwell. Nothing was a bother for them. Water in shower could of been warmer, but such a minor detail. Would definitely stay here again. ATM just down the road, and 7/11 just across the road 👍

The location is quite strategic, is just about 10 mins walk to Tha Pae Gate. There is a massage place and 7-11 about 5 mins walk from the hotel. But most of the tuk tuk didn't know where this hotel located, they have to call the hotel to confirm. Using grab is very convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff clean up comfortable and a great location for walking around the old city and night markets and at a great price they were a great help with tour's and bus transfers will staff again when in chaing Mia

The hotel is located in a good location on Tha Phae Road, near Chiang Mai's major tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, the staff is 5 and is nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Simple hotel in a very walkable neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The Hotel looks very good on the pictures in booking.com. But the rooms are 18m2 and this is OK for 1 night. You can easy hear the people in the next room. Also the bathroom is rather small, but OK. The Hotel is near the old town. The breakfast is basic and no fresh coffee avaliable.
